December 2025: 4 sessions (6th, 13th, 20th & 27th)
January 2026: 5 sessions (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st)
February 2026: 4 sessions (7th, 14th, 21st & 28th)

Description

The Swanson Baseball Youth Pitching Program is designed for dedicated players ages 13 and 14 who want elite, personalized pitching instruction. With small group training (6:1 Student-to-Instructor ratio) and 16+ hours of instruction over 13 sessions, this program builds proper mechanics, boosts velocity, sharpens control, and develops mental toughness for the mound.


DETAILS:

  • Program Dates: December 6th – February 28th
  • Total Sessions: 13 sessions | 85 minutes each, 16.25 total hours of instruction
  • Schedule: Saturdays, 12:30pm - 1:55pm
  • Investment: $465 payable in 3 installments of $155.  Installments will be due on or before Dec. 15, 2025,  Jan 15, 2026, and Feb 15, 2026. 
  • Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 6:1


PROGRAM AGENDA:

  • December: Buildup Phase; Arm Care, Light Mound Work & PFP
  • January: Throwing Phase 1; Arm Care, Mound Work, Pitch Development & PFP
  • February: Throwing Phase 2; Arm Care, Mound Work, Pitch Development, Situational Pitching & PFP


ATTIRE:

  • Baseball-style gear
  • HAT not needed
  • GAME PANTS not needed
  • Most players wear Baseball-style T-Shirt/Sleeves, Shorts or Sweats & Turfs or Sneakers
  • Saturday Bullpens (January/February):  It would be best to wear Game Pants (to help players get used to pitching in them as this is what they'll wear when competing during the season)
